Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns are only accepted if the consumer was accidentally sent the wrong item. Wrong item must be returned with tag still attached and in package. Then the correct item will be confirmed and shipped.

Information from consumer will be collected when the consumer has placed an order.

When ordering or registering on our site, the consumer may be asked to enter their name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and/or credit card information.

What is the collected information used for?

Any information that is collected from the consumer may be used in on the following ways:

•To personalize consumer's experience.

-The consumer's information helps us to more effectively respond to customer service request and support needs.

-Consumer's information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consumer's consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

•To send periodic e-mails. 
-The e-mail address provided by the consumer for order processing, will only be used to send the consumer's information and updates pertaining to their order.

There is trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing the consumer, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release the consumer's information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other use.

Reviews

All review photos and comments may be used on website or social median for advertisement. All names or phone numbers will be hidden.  Please contact us via email if you would like to keep your review private. 

Terms of Service

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Consumers are eligible to receive a free traditional install with the purchase of at three least items. Installs will only be completed with SHAY Hair Extensions products. Consumers must schedule their install appointment after they have received their products. Consumers much be in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Consumers are eligible to receive a free customized wig with the purchase of a lace frontal. Consumers must contact customer service via email or text after placing a order to request a customized wig. Custom color will be an extra charge. 

Consumers are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact them.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days US. This includes 2- 3 business days for payment processing. Be advised that delivery for special orders may take longer. Some items may be shipped out separately.

The consumer will be sent a email once package has been shipped.

All wholesale orders must be verified via email before being shipped out.

We are not responsible if USPS delays the delivery.

Expect shipping delays during U.S. and China's holidays.
